1994-Date: Principal Partner BORITZ ASSOCATES. Participated in the Design Review Services for Shell I. A. projects in association with Onyimgba Associates. Design and supervision of various projects ranging from high Tension transmission lines, power supply and distribution networks in Commercial establishments, Higher institutions, factories, markets, Oil & Gas industries, IT Centres, especially grounding, and installation of Electronic protective systems.

1992-1994: Joined ENPLAN Group as a senior Telecom Consultant Engineer in charge of the design and construction of the IT Services for B3 & B4, Shell IA Office buildings at Port Harcourt. Supervised the construction of the Fibre Optical Cables linking all the major IT Centers of Shell Operational Bases.

1990-1992: Joined Ebilah Salmon and Partners as a Contract Engineer where he participated in the redesign and restoration of the fire gutted NET Building, at Marina Lagos (NITEL Headquarters).

1986-1990: Joined Reccan Engineering Associates as a Project Engineer where he participated in several projects including the design and supervision of Electrical and Telecommunication installations for NITEL Telephone Exchange Buildings at Gboko and Oturkpo. Participated in the Appraisal and supervision of the rehabilitation works of NTA Enugu Studio and Main Office Area of First Bank property at Calabar.

He later rose to the rank of a Senior Project Engineer in-charge of electrical/electronics services. Carried out design review and supervision of Restoration/upgrading works for residential facilities for Elf Petroleum Port Harcourt, carried out several projects of varying magnitude and complexities including Prime Resort Hotels Complex at Abuja.
